The Enactus UK website located at http://www.enactusuk.org including any and all content, information and materials contained within it (this “Website”), is provided by Enactus UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). It has been created to facilitate collaboration and encourage youth social action and engagement across our communities of business, students and academics.

Your access and use of this Website is subject to your acceptance of, and compliance with, the provisions of the terms and conditions for accessing and using this website below and any other legal notices and/or instructions which may appear on this Website from time to time (together the “Terms of Use”). These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

While we do endeavour to ensure that the information provided by Enactus UK itself in this site is accurate, appropriate and up-to-date, you should note that:

▪    since some of the information is provided by universities, other higher education providers, stakeholders and students, we cannot and do not undertake to monitor every item;

▪    we make no representations, warranties or endorsements about the information or its accuracy; and

▪    anything on this Website provided by Enactus UK is for information purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional advice.

While we use virus checkers to check the content of the Website, we are unable to guarantee that is virus and/or error free. You should always check any content before downloading. 7. Contributing to our Website/Blog

Should you choose to contribute content or a comment to the Website/Blog, you agree that you will:

8. Moderation

This website is pre-moderated to help ensure that comments comply with the guidelines we have set out on this page. We will aim to publish comments as soon as possible, within the working hours of the Council. Enactus UK reserves the right not to publish any content/post, for any reason, and its decision will be final.
