ENACTUS UK X COLGATE-PALMOLIVE – “KNOW YOUR OQ” CHALLENGE

This is your chance to work closely with business leaders at a Global Organisation - Colgate-Palmolive!

Enactus UK along with Enactus teams in Brazil, Kenya, India, and The United States are tasked with spreading the word and educating people about the link between oral health and overall health.

The mission is to:

Empower people to understand and improve their oral health. Promote a healthier future for individual people and our communities.

The top 3 teams in each country will win funding for their projects and an overall Top Team chosen by leadership at Colgate, will be awarded even more funding!

THE OPPORTUNITY

Create a 77 second video that effectively communicates your project and how you have fulfilled the following brief:

Reach - Reach people with simple oral health information that helps them understand how it impacts their overall health and wellbeing.

Teach - Teach people the simple steps they can take to prevent oral diseases and promote their healthier futures.

Make Change - Make change within local communities by finding ways to improve people’s oral care habits.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Innovation - To what extent is the approach and methodology innovative? Is the team able to clearly articulate their approach to reach, teach and make change? (25 points)

Entrepreneurial Leadership - Is the team’s approach to solving the problem entrepreneurial in nature? Does the team clearly present challenges and learnings? (15 points)

Impact - Does the solution address the problem in a comprehensive manner? How many beneficiaries have the team reached and impacted in a meaningful way? (25 points)

Scalability - Is the approach and methodology scalable? Can the approach be replicated across different contexts? (15 points)

Presentation (:77 film) - Did the team effectively communicate their approach and impact through an audio-visual medium? (20 points)
